Staging your house for a quick sale
What is home staging?
It has been proven that houses sell faster and for optimized prices when a house
is set up for public viewing in a manner that is different than for everyday living. Removing clutter to make a room look inviting is one thing, but removal of
personal items (like photographs) with deliberate placing of furniture to maximize
the visual spaciousness is considered home staging.
"Curb appeal of the exterior of the house also adds to the value of a
house sale up to 15%" according to The Wall Street Journal.

"Helane is a professional. She knows her business well and is very experienced. She is dependable, honest, thorough and organized. Getting a home ready for sale is very stressful and requires the kind of support Helane offers. I would best describe it as the correct balance of emotional support and firmness in order to achieve the best results. I personally saw the results of her work and it absolutely made a huge difference. The house sold immediately for full price. I recommend Helane." - Bill S.Owner, ePlace Real Estate, Cambridge, MA
